I Love Central Oregon! This beautiful area has been my home since moving here from Maryland 21 years ago to Manage the Mountain View Mall, now known as Cascade Village Shopping Center. Kathy knows Central Oregon, having lived in Bend, Tumalo, Redmond, and Sunriver area. Buying or selling a home can be an overwhelming task and it would be my privilege to work with you as your real estate professional and put forth the extra time and effort to help understand and meet your individual needs and goals. My management and marketing background have given me superb communication and negotiation skills which means that you'll get the best price whether you are buying or selling real estate. I am proud to say that I just recently received the GREEN Designation from the National Association of Realtors and believe in promoting Green building practices. I also have my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Designation) which took 1 year to complete & over 90 hours of classroom time and testing. I also have attended workshops on Short Sales, Bank Owned and Foreclosures so I can keep clients better informed about what's going on is this complex real estate market. My goal is to build a foundation of trust with all my clients through my personal and professional commitment to high standards, honesty and ethics.
